Our 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐛 consists of foot salts with natural scented oils that also 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The scrub is effective in 𝐞𝐱𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

Our 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 is a quality filer with 2 sides: 𝟏 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞. This helps to avoid 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐬 and 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 as well as 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬. The coarse surface is effective to scrub the more stubborn calluses and the fine surface is to refine the skin and make it softer. Foot files can be used on dry or wet feet, but for better results we recommend using after you bathe or shower, or after soaking your feet in warm water for 10 - 15 minutes.

Recommended ways to use:

1. During shower, put a preferred amount of foot scrub on your heels

2. Using light to medium pressure , use the coarse side of the foot file first on stubborns calluses or heel cracks

3. Then finish it off with the fine side of the foot file

4. Wash off and Dry it off with towel

5. Use the foot oils regularly at night before bedtime and wear socks after application to encourage softer and supple feet and maintain the locked moisture. Best use after soaking.
