Return & Exchange

Items that are returnable must meet the criteria listed below.

  1. Items must be tag intact, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unused and fragrance free.
  2. Return items must be mailed back to DreamTales Wardrobe, in the original packaging, within 5 days (Malaysia)/ 10days (International) from your order's received date.

Processing Fee

All return or exchange item will be charging an amount of processing fee.

  1. A processing fee of RM8 (West Malaysia), RM12 (East Malaysia) and USD4 (International) for EACH return or exchange item that are under the reason(a) will be bear by customer.
  2. The processing fee will be increase according to the number of return and exchange item.
  3. Example: 2 items x RM8 (WM) = RM16 Processing Fee, 2 items x RM12 (EM) = RM24 Processing Fee

Descriptions

1.     Item does not fit.

2.     Customer’s subjective opinion on product quality.

3.     Change of mind.

4.     Colour variation from product photo. Ex: Green vs Teal

5.     Design print variation. Ex: print pattern or lace arrangements.

6.      Slight size variation of within ±3cm on measurements.

7.     Minor Imperfection. Ex: loose threads, crease mark etc.

1.     Item torn.

2.     Item with big stained.

 

*Proof of defect must be verified by DreamTales Wardrobe to be eligible.*

DreamTales Wardrobe will send customer a brand-new piece once the return item is received.

 

Otherwise, store credit will be issued.

Store Credit = Item Price + Return Shipping Cost

Non Returnable

The following items are non-returnable.

  1. Items that are washed, worn, used, altered or misused
  2. Items under the categories of "Sales", "Value Buy", "Discounted" or "Accessories".
  3. Items that are “Backorders”, “Seasonal” item example, Cheongsam or other special restock arrangement.
  4. Items that exceed the 5 days (Malaysia)/ 10days (International) from your order's received date.

 International Customer

For customer that are from outside of Malaysia, we are sorry to inform you that only returns are available. We will issue you a store credit to be use for your future purchase.

*Store Credit = Item price – Processing Fee (USD4/piece)

 Return Process

  1. Email admin@dreamtaleswardrobe.com or message us on Facebook/WhatsApp and indicate the following details of the return or exchange items.
  2. Order number
  3. Reason for return or exchange.

    We will respond to you within 3 working days and provide a Return Item Form, together with our return address.
  4. Complete the Return Item Form and mail it back together with the return or exchange item.
  5. Sent us an image of the tracking slip in case we shall need them for reference.
  6. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the request within 14 working days. Please note the refund will be in form of Store credits. No cash refund.
  7. Please send your parcel via a delivery method that allow tracking. DreamTales Wardrobe will not be liable for any lost parcels.

 Notes

*Colour of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of colour variation in real product as compared to actual products.

*All order number are only entitled to ONE time exchange.

* Sales items may have slight defect/colour discrepancies/size discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.

*DreamTales Wardrobe reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further request will be denied.
