- Measurements are taken laid flat.
- Due to nature of design, the cutting of each design may vary. It is advisable to carefully check through the measurement provided before buying. For best fit, please measure against your existing best-fit to get better size selection.
- The prints of the dress may vary in terms of symmetry and alignment, slight design variation of the lace arrangement for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
- For item (s) with this reason are not considered as defects; minor imperfections such as loose threads crease marks, self-inflicted damage or cut to the product and customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference (inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn and etc).
- Kindly allow 20-30% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting and monitor resolution (the actual piece may appear darker/brighter). In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
- There might be 1 inch to 1.5 inch differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchability quality of the material and the way measurement is taken, return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
- An exchange will be done if the item (s) is sent to you is default or faulty.
- We sincerely apologize if we sent you a defective piece or incorrect item. It is our commitment to inspect each piece before shipped out, however, it is possible that we have missed something on rare occasion. Please do not hesitate to informed us and we will be happy to addressed the issue.
- Item returned must be in new condition, must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrance and odour free and must have all the original packaging and tags attached.
- All return will be reviewed by us and we reserve the right to perform remedies on the item. We will not accept return that does not meet the condition.
- All returned items must be returned/mailed back to DreamTales Wardrobe within 5 working days using courier service from the day item is mail out by us. The entire transactions process has to be completed in within 10 working days.The arrival of the returned parcel is customer's responsibility until it reaches us. For your own assurance and protection, we suggest to use delivery service that may insures you for the value of the goods. DreamTales Wardrobe will not be liable for any lost return parcel/additional cost or taxes incurred for the returned parcels. Kindly keep the tracking number with you in case it is needed for further checking.
- We will only processed refund due to defect or faulty returned exchange item (s) is running out of stocks. All refunds will be in credit which you may utilize to purchase other available items, please take note that our store does not provide cash refund.
- All Sale items are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable.
- Sale items may have minor imperfections or slight defects and are strictly non-returnable.
- Backorders are to provide customers an option to purchase the items that they are really keen when the design are previously sold out.
- Backorders will be open with limited stocks only, therefore, it is advisable to grab fast to confirm your slot allocation.
- Backorders will be similar with available stock item, the difference is only you will get the purchased item as per the published date.
- Please note that the published date is an estimated date provided, however, it is possible to have delay in the arrival time which is beyond our control due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, lack of fabric and other circumstances, therefore, cancellation for such circumstances will not be accepted.
- Backorders may also be cancelled due to external factors that is beyond our control where there are insufficient stock quantity available for the Backorders allocations. This occasion is possible, but rare to be happening. We sincerely apologize if this happens, our store will issue a full credit refund to you.
- Please read our Backorders Terms & Conditions before your purchase and only proceed with the purchase if you agree the Backorders Terms.
- Customer is advisable to check through your parcel status should you not receive your parcel after 5 working days. This is to avoid the parcel remains in the Post Office as unclaimed which will result in bounced back parcel to us.
- DreamTales Wardrobe will only provide one-time free postage cost. In the event if the parcel is bounced back to us, the postage cost will be borne by customers should it be due to "Unclaimed items", "Incorrect", "Insufficient Address".
- Please note that returned or bounced item not collected or claimed after 2 months will be disposed off without prior notice.
